Ingredients:
200g green beans
2 ripe tomatoes
1 small can of tuna (drained)
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 cucumber
100g black olives
1 red onion (or shallot)
Olive oil
Vinegar (balsamic or red wine)
Salt and pepper
A few basil leaves (optional)
π Instructions:
Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for about 5-7 minutes. Cool under cold water and drain.
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and hard-boiled eggs into quarters.
In a large salad bowl, mix the green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, flaked tuna, olives and chopped onion.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and a little vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix gently to coat all the ingredients.
For an extra touch, add a few fresh basil leaves.
