Spicy Shrimp Ramen with Chicken Tenderloin

Ingredients:


- 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 chicken tenderloins, sliced into thin strips

- 200 grams ramen noodles

- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust for desired spice level)

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- 1 cup spinach leaves

- 1 green onion, sliced

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.


2. Add the sliced chicken tenderloin to the pot, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.


3. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.


4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Bring the mixture to a simmer.


5. Add the ramen noodles to the pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.


6. In the final minute, add the shrimp and spinach leaves, cooking until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.


7. Stir in the sesame oil and remove the pot from heat.


8. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onion.
