For the Chicken:
🍗 Chicken breast or tenders (200g)
🌿 Ground turmeric (1 tsp)
🧂 Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
🧄 Paprika (1/2 tsp)
🥄 Olive oil (1 tbsp)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
For the Vegetables:
🥦 Broccoli florets (1 cup)
🥕 Carrots, diced (1 cup)
🥄 Olive oil (1 tsp) (optional)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in the spice mix.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden. Remove and set aside.
Steam the Vegetables:
Steam broccoli and carrots in a steamer basket or microwave until tender (about 5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
Assemble:
Divide the chicken and vegetables evenly into two meal prep containers. Let cool before sealing the lids.
Store & Reheat:
Refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes before serving.
