 1️⃣ Shrimp & Avocado Bowl 🍤🥑🍅


Ingredients:


6 boiled shrimp

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


Instructions:


Boil the shrimp until pink and tender.


Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.


Arrange all ingredients on a plate. Add a drizzle of lemon juice and sprinkle with black pepper.


2️⃣ Egg, Blueberry & Avocado Salad 🥚🫐🥑


Ingredients:


2 boiled eggs, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup diced white radish or turnip


Instructions:


Boil the eggs and dice the radish or turnip.


Arrange all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


3️⃣ Egg, Kale & Avocado Bowl 🥚🥬🥑


Ingredients:


2 boiled eggs, sliced

1 cup kale leaves

1/2 avocado, sliced


Instructions:


Wash the kale leaves and massage them with a teaspoon of olive oil.


Arrange the eggs, kale, and avocado in a bowl.


Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a dash of balsamic vinegar for flavor.


4️⃣ Sweet Potato & Corn Bowl 🌽🍠🍅


Ingredients:


1/2 cup steamed sweet potato cubes

1 small corn cob, boiled

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup steamed corn kernels


Instructions:


Steam the sweet potato cubes and boil the corn cob.


Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange all ingredients in a bowl.


Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of smoked paprika.
