Ingredients:
Base:
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Toppings:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (mix of red and yellow), halved
4-6 Kalamata olives
1 boiled egg, halved
1/4 cup white beans or pearl onions (optional)
Seasoning:
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
A pinch of dried oregano
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Spread the chopped romaine lettuce evenly in a large bowl.
Add the Toppings:
Arrange the grilled chicken slices, avocado, cherry tomatoes, olives, boiled egg, and white beans/pearl onions in sections for a neat presentation.
Season the Salad:
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and oregano over the salad.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
Drizzle and Serve:
