🥬 Romaine lettuce: 4 cups, chopped
🍅 Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
🥒 Cucumber: 1, sliced
🧅 Red onion: 1/4, thinly sliced
🧀 Feta cheese: 1/4 cup, crumbled
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
🥛 Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
🥒 Cucumber: 1/4, grated
🍋 Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
🧄 Garlic: 1 clove, minced
🌿 Dill: 1 tbsp, chopped
🧂 Salt & pepper: To taste
Directions
Marinate the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, lemon juice, and olive oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, layer romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
Serve: Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
