Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Rice Bowls 🍤


Ingredients:


For the Shrimp:


1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


For the Rice:


1 cup cooked rice

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:


1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:


Grill the Shrimp: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.


Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.


Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top with grilled shrimp and drizzle generously with the Garlic Parmesan Sauce.


Tips:


You can use any type of shrimp you like for this recipe.


For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Garlic Parmesan Sauce.


Serve the bowls with your favorite side dishes, such as a green salad or a side of steamed vegetables.
