**Cheesecake Fruit Salad** 🍓🍍

**A Creamy and Sweet Fruit Salad with a Cheesecake Twist**  


**Ingredients:**  


**For the Salad:**  

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 🍓  

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks 🍍  

- 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green), halved 🍇  

- 1 cup blueberries 🫐  

- 2 bananas, sliced 🍌  

- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained 🍊  


**For the Cheesecake Filling:**  

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀  

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar 🍬  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦  

- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade) 🥛  


**Directions:**  


**1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:**  

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.  

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.  

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.  


**2. Prepare the Fruit:**  

1. Wash and prepare all the fruits, cutting as needed.  

2. Place all the fruit in a large serving bowl.  


**3. Combine:**  

1. Gently fold the cheesecake filling into the fruit until evenly coated.  

2. Be careful not to mash the fruit while mixing.  


**4. Chill and Serve:**  

1. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.  


**Serving Suggestions:**  

- Garnish with additional whipped topping or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for extra cheesecake flair.  


- Serve as a dessert or a sweet side dish for barbecues, potlucks, or family dinners.
