Ingredients:


🥑 Sliced avocado


🌽 Corn on the cob (cooked)


🥚 Hard-boiled eggs (sliced)


🥬 Kale or mixed greens


🧂 Salt and pepper


Instructions:


1. 🥬 Arrange the kale as the base in the bowl.


2. 🥑 Add sliced avocado, 🥚 hard-boiled egg slices, and 🌽 corn.


3. 🧂 Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve fresh!


Bowl 2: Shrimp and Mango Bowl 🍤🥭🥬


Ingredients:


🍤 Cooked shrimp


🥭 Diced mango


🥚 Hard-boiled egg (optional)


🥬 Kale or greens


🥄 A dollop of yogurt (optional)


Instructions:


1. 🥬 Layer the kale at the bottom.


2. 🍤 Add shrimp, 🥭 mango cubes, and 🥚 egg slices.


3. 🥄 Add yogurt on top and season with black pepper.

Ingredients:


🍤 Cooked shrimp


🥭 Diced mango


🥑 Half an avocado


🍚 Steamed rice


🧂 Salt and pepper


Instructions:

🍤 Cooked shrimp

Instructions:
