Ingredients


For the Bowl 🥗


2 grilled chicken breasts, seasoned and sliced 🍗

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce 🥬

1/2 cup black beans (cooked or canned, drained) 🖤

1/2 cup corn kernels 🌽

1/2 cup pico de gallo (tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice) 🍅

1/2 cup guacamole 🥑


For the Chicken Seasoning 🌶️


1 tsp olive oil 🫒

1 tsp paprika 🌶️

1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂


Instructions


Cook the Chicken:

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.


Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove, let rest for a few minutes, and slice into bite-sized pieces.


Assemble the Bowl:

In two bowls, arrange shredded romaine lettuce as the base.

Add black beans, corn kernels, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sliced chicken in sections around the bowl.


Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with lime wedges or a sprinkle of chopped cilantro if desired. Serve fresh and enjoy the bold flavors!
