Plate 1: Roasted Veggies and Tofu with Asparagus 🍠🥦


Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes (cubed) 🍠

Tofu (cubed) 🍞

Asparagus 🌱

Garlic 🧄, olive oil 🫒, salt 🧂, and pepper


Instructions:

Toss sweet potatoes and tofu with olive oil 🫒, garlic 🧄, salt, and pepper.


Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Sauté asparagus 🌱 until tender.


Plate roasted tofu, sweet potatoes, and asparagus.


Plate 2: Scallops, Steak, and Spinach with Sesame Noodles 🐚🥩🍜


Ingredients:

Scallops 🐚

Beef steak 🥩 (cubed)

Spinach 🥬

Cooked noodles 🍜

Soy sauce 🥢, sesame oil 🥥, sesame seeds


Instructions:


Sear scallops 🐚 and steak 🥩 in sesame oil 🥥.


Sauté spinach 🥬 with garlic 🧄 and soy sauce 🥢.


Toss noodles 🍜 with sesame oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.


Plate all components neatly.


Plate 3: Garlic Noodles with Steak and Potatoes 🧄🍜🥩


Ingredients:


Cooked noodles 🍜

Steak 🥩 (cubed)

Baby potatoes (cubed) 🥔

Garlic 🧄, soy sauce 🥢, butter 🧈


Instructions:


Sauté baby potatoes 🥔 in butter 🧈 until crispy.


Cook steak 🥩 in a hot pan with garlic 🧄 and soy sauce 🥢.


Toss noodles 🍜 with garlic and soy sauce.


Serve steak and potatoes alongside the noodles.


Plate 4: Shrimp and Greens Stir-Fry with Mushrooms 🍤🥬🍄


Ingredients:

Shrimp 🍤

Bok choy 🥬

Mushrooms 🍄 (sliced)

Soy sauce 🥢, garlic 🧄, ginger 🫚


Instructions:


Sauté shrimp 🍤 in garlic 🧄 and ginger 🫚 until pink.


Stir-fry bok choy 🥬 and mushrooms 🍄 in soy sauce 🥢 until tender.


Plate shrimp alongside the greens and mushrooms.
