🌶️ Spicy Blackened Steak & Shrimp Alfredo 🍤🥩

Ingredients
Blackened Seasoning:
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
For the Protein:
2 ribeye steaks
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Alfredo Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine, cooked according to package instructions
Garnish:
Chopped parsley

Season the Protein:
Mix the blackened seasoning in a small bowl.
Rub half of the seasoning over both sides of the steaks. Toss the shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil and the remaining seasoning.
Cook the Steak:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired doneness.
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Combine the Pasta:
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
Assemble the Dish:
Plate the pasta and top with slices of steak and shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
