Protein & Veggie Bowl Recipe


Ingredients:

🍗 Protein: Chicken breast, beef slices, or tofu (cooked as preferred)

🥬 Leafy greens (such as spinach, bok choy, or similar greens)

🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)

🥚 Hard-boiled egg (optional)

🍠 Sweet potatoes or pumpkin chunks (cooked)

🌽 Corn on the cob (optional, or corn kernels)

🍚 Optional base: Rice, quinoa, or no base for a lighter option

Steps:

Prepare the Protein:


Grill, stir-fry, or bake chicken, beef, or tofu. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or sauces.

Cook the Vegetables:


Steam or lightly sauté leafy greens with garlic and a dash of soy sauce (optional).

Boil or steam sweet potatoes or pumpkin until tender.

If using corn, boil or grill until cooked.

Assembly:


Add protein to one side of the bowl.

Arrange greens, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and any other chosen veggies.

Add a hard-boiled egg, sliced in half, if using.

Flavor Enhancements:


Add a drizzle of sesame oil, soy sauce, or lemon juice for extra flavor.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds for crunch 🌿.
