‼️MEDITERRANEAN WILD SALMON PLATTER‼️
❗Ingredients:
- 1 lb wild-caught salmon fillet
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
❗Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish. Squeeze lemon juice over it, then add minced garlic, oregano, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3: Bake the Salmon
Transfer the marinated salmon to the baking sheet. Place lemon slices on top of the fillet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Step 4: Assemble the Platter
Arrange the cooked salmon on a serving platter. Surround it with mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the salmon and serve the Mediterranean wild salmon platter with your favorite side dishes.
