Grilled Salmon & Avocado Salad 🥗

Ingredients

🐟 2 salmon fillets

🥬 4 cups mixed greens

🥑 1 avocado (sliced)

🍅 1 large tomato (chopped or sliced)

🧅 1 small onion (thinly sliced)

🫒 2 tbsp olive oil

🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions


Grill the Salmon


Season salmon with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil 🫒. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until flaky.


Prepare the Salad


Toss greens 🥬, avocado 🥑, tomato 🍅, and onion 🧅 in a large bowl.


Make the Dressing

Whisk olive oil 🫒 and lemon juice 🍋 with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.

Assemble

Plate the grilled salmon next to the salad and serve immediately...
