Grilled Chicken & Veggie Bowl Recipe


Ingredients:

🍗 Grilled chicken breast (sliced)

🥦 Steamed broccoli

🍄 Sautéed mixed mushrooms (button, shiitake, or oyster)

🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)

🌽 Steamed or sautéed sweet corn kernels

🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)

🫒 Olive oil

🧄 Garlic (minced, for mushrooms)


Instructions:


Prepare the chicken:


Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill on medium heat until fully cooked. Slice into strips.


Cook the mushrooms:

Heat a skillet with olive oil and add minced garlic. Sauté the mushrooms until tender and slightly golden. Season with salt and pepper.


Steam the veggies:

Steam the broccoli until bright green and tender. Similarly, steam or sauté the corn kernels lightly.


Assemble the bowl:

Arrange the sliced chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, corn, and cherry tomatoes in a shallow bowl or plate for a vibrant presentation.


Serve:
