- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:


1. Combine the Base Ingredients:

   - In a medium-sized bowl or jar, mix together the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.


2. Portion and Refrigerate:

   - Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.


   - Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.


3. Add Toppings:

   - In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
