Ingredients


🍗 Chicken drumsticks – 2

🥦 Broccoli – 1 cup

🥕 Carrot – 1 (shredded)

🌽 Corn kernels – 1 cup

🥚 Boiled egg – 1

🌶️ Red pepper or cherry tomatoes – for garnish

🧄 Garlic (minced) – 1 clove

🌿 Olive oil – 2 tbsp

🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

🌶️ Optional spices: paprika, turmeric, or chili powder


Instructions


Prepare the Chicken 🍗

Marinate chicken drumsticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and optional spices like turmeric for a golden color.


Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.

Steam the Vegetables 🥦🥕


Steam broccoli and corn until tender.


Shred carrots for a fresh and crunchy texture.

Boil the Egg 🥚


Cook the egg to your preferred doneness (hard or medium). Peel and cut in half.

Assemble the Bowl 🍽️


Start with a base (optional: rice, quinoa, or lettuce).

Arrange chicken, boiled egg, broccoli, corn, shredded carrots, and red pepper/tomato slices.

Add the Finishing Touches 🌟


Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
