Chicken Bowl

Ingredients:

Chicken thigh (boneless) 🍗

Teriyaki sauce 🥢

Cherry tomatoes 🍅

Sweet corn 🌽

Edamame (steamed) 🫘

Avocado 🥑

Shimeji mushrooms 🍄

Soft-boiled egg 🥚

Rice or salad greens (optional) 🍚/🥬


Steps:


Cook the chicken:


Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 15–20 minutes.


Pan-sear or grill the chicken until golden and fully cooked.


Slice into strips.


Prepare the toppings:


Halve cherry tomatoes.


Steam corn, edamame, and mushrooms.


Slice avocado thinly.


Soft-boil the egg (6–7 minutes), peel, and halve.


Assemble the bowl:


Start with a base of rice or greens, if desired.

Arrange the chicken, avocado, mushrooms, edamame, corn, tomatoes, and egg in sections around the bowl.


Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce:


For added flavor, drizzle a little teriyaki sauce over the top.
