Ingredients
For the Bowl:
🥬 Baby spinach or mixed greens – 1 cup
🥒 Cucumber – 1/2 (sliced)
🥑 Avocado – 1/2 (diced)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1/2 cup (halved)
🧅 Red onion – 1/4 cup (diced)
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs – 2 (sliced)
For the Seasoning:
🌶️ Paprika – 1/4 tsp
🌿 Fresh parsley or cilantro – 1 tbsp (chopped)
🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
For the Dressing:
🌟 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
🧄 Garlic (minced) – 1 clove

Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Dice the avocado and slice the boiled eggs.
Arrange the Bowl:
Start with a base of baby spinach or mixed greens in a large bowl.
Add sliced cucumber, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and boiled eggs on top.
Make the Dressing:
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
