Tuna and Veggie Bowl: A Fresh and Nutritious Meal

This Tuna and Veggie Bowl is a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and nutritious flavors. Ideal for a quick lunch or a light dinner, it's packed with vitamins, proteins, and a delightful crunch.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup corn kernels

 1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

 1/2 cucumber, sliced

 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

 1/2 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)

 1 can of tuna, drained

 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

 2 green onions, chopped

 1/2 lemon, juiced

 Salt and pepper to taste

 Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and dry all the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the avocado and cucumber, and shred the carrots. Drain the tuna and chop the green onions.

Assemble the Bowl:

In a large serving bowl, arrange the mixed greens as the base. Add the corn, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and avocado around the bowl. Place the drained tuna in the center.

Garnish and Season:

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and black sesame seeds over the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze the lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a refreshing, ready-to-eat meal.

Tips:
