Today I made a fusion dish! It is a Chicken Steak served with
Mint & Tamarind sauce.
Combining the different flavors I
served my favorite masala fries and stir fried veggies.
This grilled chicken recipe is
very simple, you won’t need many ingredients to make this.
Ingredients
for chicken marination:
2 Chicken breast (Cut in middle into 2 pieces)
1 tsp mustard paste
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 tbs chili sauce
1/2 tbs red crushed chili
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs oil
Method:
Cut the chicken in two slices and beat it with hammer lightly.
Mix all the ingredients above.
Marinate chicken with this for at
least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat the pan, grease it with oil.
Cook steak both sides, 10 minutes
each side, brush extra marinate on it while cooking.
Tamarind sauce:
1/2 cup Tamarind pulp
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 green Chilies
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cumin
Blend the ingredients with pulp
Veggies, Carrots, Green bell
pepper, Mushrooms, Cut them and then stir in the same pan in which you cooked
the chicken. I did not add any additional flavors.
