· 1 cup egg whites

coconut flour

teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients until smooth and let rest for 10 minutes
2. Heat a
10 inch skillet over medium on high heat. Pourers half of the crust batter into
skillet and cook until crust it solid and golden underneath. Flip and cook for
another minute o 20. Remove from pan and report with remaining batter.
3.
Preheat o en to 400F. Transfer crusts to a baking sheet lined with parchment
paper and tip with desired toppings. Bake 5-10 mites or until cheese is melted
