Ingredints:
1 pound sirloin steak, thinly
sliced
1 pound small red potatoes (cut into quarters)
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
salt and pepper taste
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over
medium-high heat.
Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about
2 to 3 minutes per side.
Remove steak from pan and set aside.
Add the quartered potatoes to the same skillet. Cook until tender, about 8 to
10 minutes. Add the butter and garlic to the potatoes in the pot. Stir until
the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
