Succulent and
so crispy this deliciously spiced flavourful healthy chicken is my family's
favourite and to compliment the whole dinner, chicken drumsticks were
paired with stir fried veggies which were steamed prior to the stir fry
Ingredients:
Drum sticks 8
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp(or to taste)
Corriander Powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
shan tandoori masala 1tbsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger & Garlic powder 2tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Method
In a large mixing bowl add
all the ingredients except chicken and give them a good mix.
Next make 2-3 diagonal slits in each drumstick and
transfer them in the mixing bowl and coat each one of them with the
prepared marination. Cover and refrigerate it for 3 to 6 hours or overnight (I
did it overnight for best result)
Preheat the oven at 250c and prepare an ovenproof dish with
baking sheet. Roast for 30-35 minutes at 180c . Turn them midway
once, so that the chicken will be cooked
Turn the oven setting to grill and grill the chicken over
moderately high heat for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and slightly charred
all.
