Pudding and cookie cake

Pudding and cookie cake: soft and delicate!

 

INGREDIENTS:

·         750ml (3 cups) of milk

·         125g (1/2 cup) of sugar

·         25g (2 tbsp) of cocoa powder

·         7g  of agar-agar

·         125g of dark chocolate

·         Cookies 

METHOD:

1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and agar-agar, sift in cocoa powder, add in chocolate and cook on low heat until thick.

2. Transfer to the mold one cup of the mixture, cover with cookies and repeat a few times.

Refrigerate for 3 hours.
