Fried cocoa swivels

Fried cocoa swivels: this is a real treat!

This recipe a keeper, give it a try!

INGREDIENTS

·         1 egg

 

·         140g (0.7 cup) sugar

 

·         70ml (0.3 cup) oil

 

·         10g vanilla sugar

 

·         450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)

 

·         170ml (0.7 cup) water

 

·         10g baking powder

 

·         15g cocoa

 

METHOD


Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir. Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture.

 

Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to 1 part and knead. Roll out 2 cakes.

 

Put one cake on top of the other and wrap the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in a lot of oil.
