Cauliflower and cheese casserole

Cauliflower and cheese casserole: the recipe for an easy and tasty dinner

 

Ingredients:

250 g of cauliflower 

 

200 g of broccoli 

 

3 eggs 

 

Salt 

 

Black pepper

 

Garlic

 

200 g of cream cheese 

 

200 g of hard cheese

 

Directions: 

 

1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli and boil them in salted water for 1 minute. 

 

2. Finely chop the vegetables. 

 

3. In a bowl mix chopped vegetables, eggs, salt, pepper, grated garlic, cream cheese and shredded hard cheese. 

 

4. Butter the base and the edges of a baking tray and pour the mix. 

 

5. Spread some more cheese on the surface. 

 

6. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
