Preparation
of Baked Ribs:
We
start with a recipe to make some baked pork ribs in a simple but at the same
time very tasty and appetizing way. It's an interesting way to start making
this recipe if you don't have much previous practice. To start, first of all we
are going to clean our pork rack well and let it dry well. If you prefer, you
can already cut the ribs and bake them cut like this, although in our case we
are going to bake the whole rib and serparlo after being cooked. We are going
to turn on the oven so that it preheats to 200ºC during the time it takes to
prepare the rest of the ingredients.
While
we are waiting for the oven to reach the right temperature, we are going to
peel the garlic, and we throw them in a container together with a drizzle of
virgin olive oil, a little salt, a little black pepper and parsley, and we are
going to beat it to form a creamy and homogeneous-looking mixture. You can add
a touch of lemon or wine if you want to give an extra touch of flavor,
optionally, or any other type of spice that you like, although to start we
recommend using this simple dressing.
We
are going to spread this mixture well over the pork rack, it is best to do it
with your hands to spread all the meat well with it. Once the oven has reached
200ºC, we are going to put the seasoned ribs on a tray and we are going to bake
them for about 30 or 35 minutes on each side. The time will depend on the
thickness of the pork ribs that we are baking, since it is not the same to bake
Iberian ribs as meaty ribs, which have much more meat.
When the meat is browned on both sides, for which it is interesting
to give a final touch with the grill of the oven for a few minutes, taking care
that we do not burn, we can take the ribs out to the oven and always serve them
hot. They can be accompanied with some side dish to accompany, such as a salad
or fried or roasted potatoes, and also with some sauce that we like, some
