20 slices of bacon, for the breast
4 chicken milanese, for the breast
12 slices of yellow cheese, for the breast
to taste of pepper, for the breast
1 tablespoon oil, for the breast
1 tablespoon butter, for the sauce
1/4 onions, finely chopped, for the sauce
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
1 tablespoon flour, for the sauce
2 cups cow's milk, for the sauce
2 tablespoons chipotle pepper in adobo, ground, for the sauce
to taste salt, for the sauce
to taste pepper, for the sauce
enough of parsley, finely chopped, to decorate
Préparations
For the breast, spread the bacon slices horizontally on a board, place the chicken on top and then the yellow cheese until covered; roll up and season with pepper. Booking.
In a pan with hot oil, place the breasts and brown the surface of the bacon completely; cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Booking.
For the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, add the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and flour, and cook until golden brown. Pour in the milk and chipotle, season with salt and pepper and let thicken over low heat for a few more minutes. Booking.
Cut the chicken in half. Pour a ladle of chipotle sauce on an extended plate, place the breast in halves and decorate with chopped parsley. See Less
